Payment Methods

If you select the direct debit payment method, enter the name of the account holder, BIC (Swift code) and the IBAN. If you give us a SEPA mandate, the payment will be made by collection from your bank account. We will separately inform you of the date of the account debit in a pre-announcement. The deadline for your pre-notification of the date of the account (Pre-Notification Deadline) is 14 days.

As an indication of usage, we use your booking number as stated in the booking confirmation for authentication purposes.

Remarks:

• the preliminary information on the date of the account debit (pre-notification period) is 14 days
• The bank fees resulting from incorrect account details or chargebacks are only available from Go Academy! - Sprachcaffe Dusseldorf to wear when Go Academy! - Sprachcaffe Düsseldorf has to represent them. Otherwise, they are at the expense of the customer
• the reimbursement of the debited amount is possible within eight weeks

If you choose the payment method transfer, you will receive a booking confirmation with the booking number, the invoice amount to be transferred and our bank account details after your course / travel booking at sprachcaffe-duesseldorf.de.

When paying by bank transfer, please transfer the full invoice amount within 3 days to the account specified in the booking confirmation. Transfer for intensive courses no later than 2 weeks before the beginning of the course. Until this time, the reservation of your course / travel reservation can be maintained, after which we reserve the right to assign your course or examination place to another participant. Failure to participate does not cancel the payment obligation.

If you choose the payment method PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the course / travel booking. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

The PayPal account is a virtual account, the identity of the PayPal account is defined by the email address of the PayPal member. The account can make payments to third parties and receive payments from third parties. Here, PayPal acts as a service provider for the money transfer, you can charge your PayPal account using various payment methods and thus make payments and third parties at PayPal, more details please refer to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy PayPal.

Remarks:

• should you be required to do so by your recall, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

If you choose to pay on the spot, the course fee is payable in cash (Euro/€), debit or credit card at Goacademy! Dusseldorf before the course starts.

At the end of the order process, please print out the booking confirmation received or make a note of your booking number, which will be required on-site for the assignment.
