Since April 2010, GoAcademy! Language School Düsseldorf is accredited and certified by TÜV Rheinland according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and AZAV standard as further education provider.
DIN - ISO is a quality management system that ensures, through clearly structured processes, a consistently high quality and continuous optimization of our courses. Best quality, best service, best price.
AZAV is an additional qualification that enables us to offer measures and training courses that are supported by the German Federal Employment Agency.
At the beginning of 2013 and 2016 we successfully passed the recertification according to DIN ISO 9001. In February 2018 the recertification took place in the new form 9001:2015 and we are proud that our quality management is certified for another three years.
This officially confirms what has always been important to us: sustainable quality assurance, high customer and employee satisfaction, meeting specific customer requirements and many other customer-oriented services.
A neutral assessment by outside experts is one of the most effective means of permanent quality control and therefore essential. This gives our customers the greatest possible security and orientation when choosing the appropriate language holiday in a diverse market.
The FDSV evaluates the offers of FDSV members by inspections on site. The regular inspections of language schools, language courses and accommodation guarantee the compliance with the quality guidelines of FDSV and the requirements of the European Language Travel Standard DIN EN 14804.
The FDSV e.V. independently checks language tour operators for the quality of the offered language courses and then submits recommendations or includes them in your directory. Sprachcaffe has been there for more than 20 years and we look back on many satisfied customers.
